Our goal is to offer you the best shipping we can via our suppliers. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness possible to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-72 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which can take an additional 2-7 days.

Processing time will usually happen quickly, but may take longer during times of high demand.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier(s) warehouse to the destination.

The maximum estimated shipping time to the United States for imported items is 12-20 days.

Some items may ship directly from the United States. The maximum estimated shipping time for items from the United States is 2-7 days.

Shipping time will usually happen quickly, but may take longer during times of high demand.

Additional Shipping Information:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or additional taxes charged for receipt of the item outside of the associated regular product and shipping costs.

International customers acknowledge that we do not have control over customs processing times. Your package will arrive in your country by the maximum estimated delivery date, but may take additional time to arrive due to customs processing beyond our control.

In some rare cases, we may be unable to ship an item to your specific country. If we are unable to ship that particular item to your country, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund, your choice!
